Nikhat Zareen – Telangana’s Boxing Talent Becomes World Champion

The punches, bouts and knocks with sheer guidance makes the Telangana’s Nizamabad ‘boxer girl’ to become a World Champion. In her every single bouts at the Istanbul World Women Boxing Championships, she won by unanimous decisions.

Nikhat Zareen recounted an anecdote from several years ago when she spoke to the media from Istanbul on Thursday. Of a time when a stubborn little girl from Nizamabad looked at the boxing ring at the Urban Games and asked her father, ‘Why are there no women here?
